Cloud Sales Engineer
Responsibilities
- Present appropriate cloud products and solutions to customers to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Provide technical consultations and demonstrations to help customers understand the value and benefits of cloud solutions.
- Design and propose cloud architectures that meet customers’ specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver tailored solutions for each individual customer.
- Offer technical support to customers before and after sales, including resolving queries and issues.
- Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies to develop modern and innovative solutions for customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in technical sales or supporting cloud solution sales.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and related architectures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and effectively address customer requirements.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English at a professional level.
